Bombay Sapphire is a world-renowned premium London Dry Gin, famous for its distinctively smooth and complex profile. Unlike other gins that boil their botanicals directly in the spirit, Bombay Sapphire utilizes a vapor infusion process. The spirit vapor passes through copper baskets containing 10 delicate botanicals: juniper berries, lemon peel, coriander, grains of paradise, cubeb berries, orris root, almonds, cassia bark, licorice, and angelica root. This yields a lighter, more floral and citrusy gin that serves as the perfect base for a classic Gin & Tonic or a sophisticated Martini.
