It is distilled in small batches, featuring a process where a portion of the wheat macerate is distilled in coal-fired copper pot stills, including the original Distilleerketel No. 1. Poured crystal clear, it offers a exceptionally clean and crisp nose with faint notes of citrus, leading to a smooth, velvety mouthfeel with a tingly finish and a trace of cracked black pepper.
