Copper Dog

Copper Dog is an exceptionally smooth, vibrant, and roguish blended malt Scotch whisky, first launched in 2014 by Piers Adam at the historic Craigellachie Hotel in Speyside, Scotland. The brand's name is inspired by the historic copper tubes ('dogs') that distillery workers used to sneakily siphon whiskey straight from the casks to take home. Masterfully blending eight distinctive single malts from Speyside, Copper Dog is matured primarily in hand-selected refill, first-fill, and charred oak casks. Famed for its highly versatile and accessible character, it bridges the gap between classic single malts and smooth blended scotches, delivering rich fruit-forward notes of sweet apple, soft vanilla cream, spiced pear, and a warming, smooth honey finish.
