Black Dog Triple Gold Reserve is an ultra-smooth, premium blended Scotch whisky that is meticulously crafted using the signature triple maturation technique. It is blended using choice malt whiskies from the Speyside region, alongside premium grain whiskies. The triple aging process in Oloroso sherry casks and charred oak barrels allows the blend to acquire an exceptional golden hue, a delicate sweetness, and an incredibly round texture with zero harshness. The bouquet is highly expressive, displaying rich aromas of warm honey, black tea, dark chocolate, and toasted oak wood. The palate is velvety and rich, unfolding with flavors of honeyed nuts, sweet vanilla fudge, dried plums, and a subtle wisp of charred wood smoke, finishing with a satisfying, warm, and sweet oak character.
