Hibiki Japanese Harmony Master's Select

Hibiki Japanese Harmony Master's Select is a highly limited, premium travel-retail exclusive blended Japanese whisky from the House of Suntory. Bringing a deeper, more wood-forward profile than the standard Harmony, it is meticulously blended from a select reserve of malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries. Matured in a combination of five different cask types, the blend is heavily influenced by the use of traditional Sherry casks and rare, fragrant Japanese Mizunara oak. Luminous amber in color, it opens with a highly aromatic nose showing sweet plum syrup, rose petals, and warm cinnamon wood-smoke. On the palate, it is exceptionally smooth and medium-bodied, unfolding layers of dark chocolate, sweet orange marmalade, and honeyed oak, before concluding with a long, spicy-sweet finish of wood and brown sugar.
