Paul John Edited is an award-winning lightly peated Indian single malt whisky, meticulously crafted to represent a beautiful harmony between smoke and sweet fruit. Distilled in Goa, it combines unpeated Himalayan six-row barley with peated malts imported from Scotland (kilned with peat from Aberdeen), aged in select American ex-bourbon barrels and bottled non-chill filtered at 46% ABV. It pours a golden amber color. The nose is incredibly complex, displaying aromas of sweet coastal peat smoke, honey, fresh herbs, and summer fruits. On the palate, it delivers a dense, multi-layered mouthfeel showcasing delicious flavors of sweet vanilla, grilled pineapples, soft ash smoke, dried figs, and warm black pepper, ending with a long, satisfying peaty-sweet finish.
