Suntory Whisky Toki is a groundbreaking blended Japanese whisky from the historic House of Suntory. Bringing together the heritage and craftsmanship of Suntory's three legendary distilleries—Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita—Toki represents the harmony between old and new. The name 'Toki' translates to 'Time' in Japanese, highlighting a design that honors heritage while looking forward. Unlike traditional blends that rely on Yamazaki malts as their key pillar, Suntory Toki features Hakushu white oak single malt and Chita heavy grain whisky as its base, finished with Yamazaki single malt to add deep wood sweetness and spice. It pours a radiant clear gold, releasing a fresh, clean aroma of green apple, grapefruit, sliced basil, and honey. On the palate, it is exceptionally smooth and light-bodied, revealing sweet notes of green grapes, peppermint, thyme, and grapefruit, rounded out by subtle oak spice, vanilla, and ginger on the finish.
