Oban 14 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is the signature flagship expression of the coastal Highland distillery, revered worldwide for its smooth and sophisticated character. Meticulously matured for 14 long years in hand-selected active oak casks, it sits in the warehouse right on the shoreline, absorbing the marine environment. It pours a deep, olive-gold color. The nose is incredibly inviting and complex, offering aromas of rich autumn fruits, fresh sea breezes, orange peel, and a delicate wood-smoke peat. On the palate, it delivers a dense, velvety mouthfeel showcasing luscious flavors of dried figs, heather honey, dry malts, and cracked black pepper, ending with a long, elegant finish of salty sea air and oak wood at 43% ABV.
