Paul John Brilliance

Paul John Brilliance is the acclaimed flagship unpeated Indian single malt whisky, meticulously matured in Goa's tropical climate. Crafted using premium Himalayan six-row barley, it is distilled in Goan copper pot stills and aged in active American ex-bourbon barrels before being bottled non-chill filtered at 46% ABV. It pours a beautiful copper-gold color. The nose is incredibly sweet and enticing, presenting pleasant aromas of wildflower honey, warm vanilla fudge, and sweet cinnamon. On the palate, it delivers a dense, velvety-smooth mouthfeel filled with delicious flavors of creamy caramel, ripe mangoes, toasted barley, and gentle oak spices, leading to a long, satisfyingly warm finish of honeyed grains.
