Sexton Single Malt Irish Whiskey is a contemporary, copper-pot distilled Irish single malt crafted by Master Blender Alex Thomas. Distilled from 100% select Irish malted barley at the historic Bushmills Distillery in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, it undergoes a dedicated maturation process for exactly four years in first-fill and second-fill European oak Oloroso Sherry butts. This sherry wood finish develops its deep natural amber color and incredibly rich, sweet profile. It presents complex aromas of dried fruits, warm honey, and toasted almonds, followed by a velvety palate showing dark chocolate, ripe plums, sweet marzipan, and mild baking spices, finishing with a lingering, smooth sherry-wood character.
