VAT 69 Blended Scotch Whisky is a highly celebrated, smooth, and classically composed Scotch blend that has built an iconic global legacy since its historic creation in 1882. Masterfully crafted by William Sanderson in Leith, Scotland, this blend represents a perfect marriage of up to 40 individual single malt and grain whiskies. Centered around a premium core of the Royal Warrant-holding Royal Lochnagar single malt, it pours a warm golden amber and releases inviting aromas of sweet wildflower honey, caramelized vanilla, toasted malted barley, and a very subtle trace of oak wood-smoke. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and remarkably smooth, delivering soft, balanced flavors of creamy milk chocolate, ripe yellow fruits, baking spices, and a clean, comforting finish with a lingering wispy smokiness.
