Matured initially in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, this regal Highland single malt is then split: half continues its maturation in bourbon barrels, while the remaining half is finished in rare, 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks from Bodega González Byass. This produces a rich, deep mahogany pour with unparalleled Speyside-like complexity and velvety-smooth notes of citrus, dried fruit, and sweet spice.
