Inspired by the family tradition of creating 'private blends' for directors and close friends, it is blended from up to 18 individual single malts and grain whiskies sourced from Scotland's finest distilleries, each aged for a minimum of 18 years. Built around Speyside malts like Cardhu and Glen Elgin, and Highland grain whiskies, it pours a glorious gold-amber in the glass. The nose is elegant and sweet, offering rich vanilla, caramelized almonds, and ripe stone fruits. On the palate, it delivers a remarkably smooth, refined, and creamy texture filled with sweet dark cherries, toffee, cinnamon, and a delicate undercurrent of sweet Speyside smoke, concluding with an exceptionally long, elegant, and warm finish.
