The Ardmore Highland Single Malt

The Ardmore Legacy / Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a classic and beautifully balanced lightly peated malt distilled in the rugged Highland region of Scotland. Patiently dried over traditional Aberdeenshire peat fire ovens and matured in American oak barrels (including traditional quarter casks), Ardmore beautifully integrates sweet honeyed malt with a gentle wisp of crisp, dry peat smoke. This results in a remarkably smooth and approachable peated single malt. On the nose, it releases fragrant aromas of warm wildflower honey, creamy vanilla fudge, cinnamon wood spice, and a delicate touch of gentle bonfire smoke. The palate is treated to a lush combination of sweet cream, caramelized apples, toasted malt, and mild white pepper, culminating in a dry, lingering finish of dry wood smoke and sweet honey.
